Silver
Sterling Silver (925) is a precious metal with extraordinary brilliance; however, it is naturally prone to oxidation, a natural reaction that occurs when silver comes into contact with air. We strongly advise against wearing your jewellery in spas or at the beach, as chlorine and saltwater can damage it.
Oxidation is a natural process and not a manufacturing defect; it is therefore not covered by warranty.
Regularly polishing Sterling Silver (925) with a soft cloth after use helps prevent oxidation buildup and keeps its shine intact. Polishing does not remove scratches.
Gold Plated
Our gold-plated jewellery is made of Sterling Silver (925) and then coated with 18k gold. Since this is a surface finish, plating may wear off over time with use.
For this reason, the deterioration of the gold plating is not considered a defect eligible for replacement or refund under warranty.
If your jewellery has lost part of its plating, we recommend taking it to a professional jeweller for a new replating treatment to restore its original colour.
Avoid prolonged contact with water, sweat, detergents, perfumes, and other acidic or corrosive substances; even naturally acidic skin pH can accelerate plating wear.
To slow down plating alteration, after cleaning it with a cloth, store your jewellery in its original box along with the included anti-humidity pouch. The pouch helps maintain the proper humidity level, preventing oxidation.
Enamel
Enamel is applied to Sterling Silver (925) and therefore forms only the outermost layer of the jewellery.
For this reason, we recommend not subjecting your jewellery to strong impacts or high temperatures, as these could damage the enamel.
To clean the enamelled surface, use only a soft, dry microfiber cloth without any products. Gently rub without applying pressure to avoid damaging the enamel.
